please help possible tuning issue?

please help possible tuning issue? Previous set-up of my car was:
full exhaust - headers, cats, y-pipe, and gmmg
tr224/112 cam and springs
free mods
15" bfg drag radials in the back and the heavy 18's on the front
otherwise stock motor, stock suspension, stock 10 bolt rear, factory original clutch (then spec 3) was posting consistant times of 12.1 @ 118-120mph, 60's were 1.7-1.9
367 rwhp tuned by "x" ON A COLD DAY IN EARLY MARCH
current set-up:
full 90mm intake from the lid on back, z06 heads, t-rex cam, oil pump, chain, kooks headers/y-pipe, no cats, slp dual/dual, ram vds clutch, 9" rear w/4.57 spool, fully adjustable rear suspension, 28"x10.5" slicks on lightweight wheels, 15"x3.5" wheels on the front, roll bar 8pt, no rear seats, lightweight front racing seats
SAME DAMN times and a little less speed
479 rwhp tuned by "y" ON HOT DAY IN MID JULY
Is my tune an issue here or is something else causing this car to not go any faster? Yes I can drive my car by the way.
