Default handheld or mail order tune?????

I only have a few mods as you can see. My question is should i go with the handheld (predator) or mail order tune (pcmforless)? Which would i benefit from the most???

with a handheld, you can make changes whenever you want with no downtime.

i used the vinci tuner on both of my cars. here's a writeup i did some time ago

Hi,
We can pick you up 15-20 HP, firm up your shifts, get rid of the torque management, lower the fan temps and even pick you up some part throttle mileage as well. We do have exchange PCM's so you don't have to have any downtime. Typically we are seeing 3-4 tenths in 1/4 mile gains as well.
