Default Spark Timing for New Heads and Cam

Hi ya all.
Installed my new heads and cam at last 226/226-112 with the Patriot heads 64cc. My compression has gone up a small tad about 10.71:1 now.
I have seen posts of people going wot and their timing being 19deg with new heads. I started with stock timing and reduced the timing above 0.76g what have other people done? Can someone upload their heads and cam timing table?
Have run my heads and cam in for 150miles kept below 3000rpm. Last night I changed the oil, and time for some WOT action. Took it to 5000rpm, it all held together (I worry about things) My timing was around 23 degrees, then dips a little and back up to 23degrees depending on RPM, no knock, but have I set this too low? should I shoot for 26degrees or something? I know its all down to what the car likes, and I have a dyno day this weekend so trying to get as much done as possible, just interested on what others have done.

Default

thats seems a tad low to me, especially for higher compression. I run mine at 28* across the board once im 100% tps. High readings in the mid range, but i have a much bigger cam than yours. I'm pretty sure the standard for most people is 26-28* at WOT
