Start simple, the more fuel modifiers the harder it is to tune. Turn off COT, DFCO and prevent from going into PE.

Disable the MAF then start modeling the VE table. Once the VE table is pretty close then modify the MAF table. Once these are done take on the PE and idle.
In the end you'll have a great running car.

Remember the VE table is a mathematical model of the airflow through the engine. Math is fuzzy, the MAF actually measures the airflow. The ECM uses a combination of the MAF and VE table for fueling under 4000 RPM.

Using the stock MAF table on a modified engine is like looking up an English word in Japanese dictionary.
