hp gains???

i have a 6 spd 2000 pontiac trans am ws6, i have a ported 78mm throttle body, full slp intake system with k&n air filter, underdrive pully, pacesetter ceramic coated long tube headers, 3in duel exhaust (no cats or mufflers), FMS Custom Grind Camshaft - 232"/236" .585"/.600" 114LSA - aggressive profile with a 2800-7000 RPM range, rough idle, bored 10+, stock crank, eagle rods (stock length), and mahle 10:1 pistons. i had it on the dyno and got 380hp at the wheels, i was just wondering if it would be worth it to get it tuned? what kind of gains should i expect?

they told me at a performance shop to tune after a cam header swap alone, so i'm pretty sure you would need one to get the full potential of all the mods you have done
