Default P0102 will not go away

ok i have a 98 trans am basic bolt on mods but i've had ths damn code since i put the car back together back in march of this year. i've checked voltage & ohm rating, replaced the MAF 4 times, checked for vacuum leaks, no shorted wires or anything. i've tried to delete the code but this one will not go away. i've gotten everything else taken care of this and id like to have this problem fixed before i put in my 85mm throttle body and MAF so i dont run into any othr tuning problems when i get the car tuned. any info or input is very much appreciated. i've gone to a site http://gearchatter.com/viewtopic8767...59be64c4c4732f and looked at its diagnostics on this code.

Check ENG SEN (engine sensors) fuse first, it powers the
MAF.

Ignition OFF, disconnect the MAF/IAT harness connector at the MAF/IAT sensor.
Ignition OFF, test for less than 5 ohms of resistance between the ground circuit and ground.
⇒ If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance.

Ignition ON, verify that a test lamp illuminates between the ignition circuit and ground.
⇒ If the test lamp does not illuminate, test the ignition circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance.

Ignition ON, test for 4.8-5.2 volts between the signal circuit and ground.
⇒ If less than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the ECM.

⇒ If greater than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the ECM.

The ENG SENS fuse also powers the heated O2 sensors and stop lamp switch circuit for the TCC. Follow the instructions I posted and diagnose the problem. People without the schematics should stop guessing.
