stuck EGR = lean ??
stuck EGR = lean ?? Ive been A-tapping the car lately because it fealt alittle sluggish and the Ltrims are running super lean.
anywhere from +12 to +25. at part throttle it stays in Fuel Cell 22.
I changed the fuel filter, the plugs and wires and still has the problem.
Before i goto the MAF or 02's or even the EGR.
has anybody ran into this before?
and would a stuck EGR valve cause this?

Re: stuck EGR = lean ?? If you had a stuck EGR you would get a DTC that said you have excess activity meaning the EGR is open when it is NOT commanded to be in that state (STUCK) as you refer to it. You more likely have a air leak (Vacc line, gasket, seal). If you stay over +23% lean you will ALSO set another DTC saying your LTFTs are past their limit
