The ENG SEN (engine sensor) fuse under the hood. The 02's are on the same circuit so I'd check their wiring if it's blown, especially since you have LTs. You can get the full diagnostics for that code at gearchatter.com

Could be an 02 sensor wire melted/arcing on the header, seen that before. BTW forgot to mention earlier that the reverse lockout solenoid and skip shift solenoid are on that circuit too on the M6 cars...something else to check if it's not an 02/MAF issue.

Ok it seems that the wires from the skip shift that go to the pcm are pinched between the tranny and the engine. so can this be it? I seperated the 02s wires and it still not working...Why would the skip shift solenoid sensor prevent my ca from starting?

I wouldn't think the skip shift itself would keep it from starting - but probably blowing the ENG SEN fuse when you turn the ignition on? Repair the pinched/ripped wires and see if you can get the fuse to stop blowing. If the fuse is good and the car cranks but still won't start maybe the MAF itself is bad or something else is going on - visit www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic8794.php for other possibilities.

Looking through that gearchatter link a couple easy things I'd do first is crank the car for 15 seconds and check for codes again. You can also try disconnecting the MAF sensor and see if it'll run. If still no luck maybe reset the PCM manually and see what happens before going through all the diagnostics step by step.

Ok i have done all that you recommended with no luck, i cranked then checked the codes and not picking any up.It says no codes, how do you reset the PCM manually? is it by disconnecting the battery? if so i have done that.I have disconnected the MAF sensor and nothing,i even switched MAF from my 01WS6 and nothing.Could my 02s been permanently damaged? what if i tried the ones from my 01 ws6? Thanks again for all your help 2001NBMz28...

Disconnecting the battery will reset the PCM, but not sure how long it takes. Another method is turn key on, don't start car - pull the PCM BATT and PCM IGN fuses, wait 5-10 min - turn ignition off - replace fuses. If everything was fine before replacing the clutch it has to be related somehow, the 02's plugged into the right harness connectors? Grasping at straws here...guess you could try swapping in the front 02's...if nothing else it'll eliminate them as being the problem.
