I know nothing about tuning .... and there is alot of it being done to my car since the install. What kind of readings should I be getting?

Then:
Drill the TB blade, edit the idle higher, edit the Volumetric Efficiency lower (60-80%,) raise the rev limit to 6700rpm, adjust the LTFT's to -8 @ 18% tps, lean the WOT AFR to 890mv, and kill the COTS. Try the search function for more.
