I got my fueling dialed in, disabled the AFM/DOD so I'm always running on all 8 cyl's, and I'm getting BETTER mileage without it...

Yea. That is pretty much the story. Good fuelage comes from running the motor under high load under min RPM. You save the most fuel from how you drive and what route you take everytime.

hell, as mentioned in another post in these forums, I'm getting 20.5 to 21 mpg running on all 8 cyl... with 50/50 driving city/highway... AND getting on it whenever I have enough room in front of me...
