some tuning questions
some tuning questions well im trying to get a base tune together for my car. Im using HP tuners, i used the PE adder vs ECT to richen it up alittle, i raised the values to 0.002 at 176 deg and to 0.003 at 194. What do you guys think of this? i was getting a lean condition code when getting on it in 6th. So i thought id try and richen it up, do you guys think that richening it up that little will make any difference? also was curious to what "smooth between vertical and horizontal bounds were". I was going to do this to my high octane spark table. Or does anyone have a good a tune for a car with lid, catback, k&n, ported tb/polished maf..etc pretty much all the basic bolt ons. i cant search the .bin on HPT yet because im still waiting for the guys at HPT to get me setup online

Have you tunes the VE table or MAF table yet? You should really start there before going after PE.
Don't use smoothing, it "makes up" values based on neighboring values. If you keep using it your values will be drastically different from where you started. I always try to get as many cells mapped as possible then either hand smooth or use smooth based on 3 or 5 cells not entire columns or rows.
