Default Issue with HP Tuners MPVI Pro

I recently upgraded my serial HP Tuners to the Pro MPVI. Well I wanted to add a license for my 2008 Trailblazer SS so I bought two credits. I downloaded the updated code. I opened up the editor and under the license, I added the new code then hit the little HP Tuners button. It shows that 2 credits are there. If I close the editor and reopen it, the credits do not show up and I have to hit the little HP Tuners button again to get them to show up. Is this normal??? Anyways I connected it to my truck and bring up the editor. I then do a full pcm read and when I save the file, it gives an error that the file cannot be edited. At no point in time does it ever ask to license that vehicle while conected nor can I figure out how to force it. Has anyone ran into this or can help???

Save and exit out of the program file.
Re-enter the application key. Confirm
that it shows the credits available.
Re-open the tune file. When re-opening
the file it should ask you to license it.
I can't remember for sure(if required) but I would plug
the interface into your laptop while doing this.

Sounds like the tune file has a problem.

Version 2.20.... I re-read the file 3 times all with the same results. It reads fine but when I go to save, it says the file will not be able to be modified. I send a copy of the file and the log to HP Tuners Support

It has been a couple days now and I still have not heard back from HP Tuners Support. How long does it usually take for them to get back to you??? I am anxious to start tuning this vehicle...
