What to use and how do you set the idle set screw?

What to use and how do you set the idle set screw? I just got the code for low TPS voltage on my 00 Formula. The car is reading reading low. I tried my smallest socket and it doesn't fit on the underside of the TB. Thanks

What does the TPS read? Why are you automatically going for the adjustment? If nothing has been done, then the stock setting (throttle blade) should be fine. I assume the T-body is stock?
