Will do. I think the last couple times I tried to recalibrate I left the serial cable connected. Thanks! I was also thinking about this, my LC1 has a o2 sensor style end soldered to it. I have the female end from an old o2 extension I cut apart for experimental purposes. If I hook this end to my controller, put a set of booster cables to the battery, and supply the power and the system and heater grounds with the cables, calibrate, put the sensor back in the pipe, and then scan Logworks only; this would enable me to either dismiss or discover any wiring problems. Correct?

No. You need to do your LC-1 controller analog output offset measurements as they will be wired/used. Reconfiguring things as you implied would defeat the purpose/results of what you have already found. A small offset like you have (.04vdc) just has to be accounted for in the Data Logger end of things- in your case HPT.
