Default ses light for running to lean bank 1!!

hey guys, for some reason my car had a ses light on so i checked it and the codes said multiple misfire and running too lean bank 1!! what can be the cause of this! i have not done nothing too the car lately except change the bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor few weeks ago! i also noticed that my sensors plug has been getting oily for some reason, and it is seeping into the plug can that also be a cause?? thanks

misfire?? did it say which cylinder? checking plugs and wires would be my first and then probly check injectors

it did not say which cylinder for the misfire! but i still have stock plugs and wires on 80,000 miles, haha im buying new wires and plugs tomarow!!
