Default 97 C5 ATI 9lb.-P1518, P1514, P1571 - Reduced Engine Power

Going above 4K rpm's causes the PCM to throw said codes and floods the motor with fuel, pulls timing, and generally makes the car run like chit

It seems to "re-set" when I shut her off and start her again??

Mods: '97 Vette with MagnaFlow exhaust, no cats, 38lb. injectors, and running an ATI D1SC with 9 lb. of boost.

I deleted the codes but the pcm does the same thing above 4K.

It appears to be some sort of safety feature from GM. How do I go around it?

I fixed the Lterms and they are fine on part-throttle driving but it doesn't change what happens above 4K rpm's

Any help? Thanks fellas!
