Put that PCM in another car and see if it works or not maybe or vice versa and put a known good PCM in your car and see if it corrects the problem which you never really said what the problem is. Does it not run at all?

Give us some more symptoms. Will the engine crank over at all? Do you have injector pulse, fuel pressure, or fire from the coils?

Yeah check the baics first. Fuel, Air, and spark. If it won't start chances are one of these are missing from the equation or it could be security related.

When you turn on the car does the fuel pump run? Also does it just start and die?

If it does not start and die, then it is not the computer security.

I would also not blame the computer before anything else on your car.. They are very tough and it would be hard to have one die.
