can i get a 99 and up pcm and putt it on my 98? i am thinking that i cannot, but you never now. what is the difference betting the 98 and 99 pcm.

 

Significant rewiring of the PCM connectors would be required - the pinouts are very different. Some of the wires in question would probably need to be cut / lengthened as well.

It could be done, but it'd be more worthwhile to put a 98 PCM in there.
