Converter locking too early!!!

Default Converter locking too early!!!

I have the converter set to lock up at 48MPH and like clockwork it locks at 40 I have tinkered with a bunch of odds and ends does anyone know what else I can tinker with too move it up.

In a log of your vehicle, does the actual mph shown in the log match your dash?

Yes it does I corrected for the 4:10's and 255/60's and the speedo is dead on. Using the tech 2 while watching the abs the rear wheel speed and front wheel speed sensors also agree with the MPH.

Be sure you have the right TCC lockup table in play (Normal)
and not having some trouble like a high trans temp putting
you onto the Hot table, or something. Log the trans fluid temp
and the TCC Mode and TCC Slip. See if TCC Slip follows Mode
change (so commanded lockup) and see if the Mode changes
at commanded MPH or before (w/ TPS). Verify that TPS is
sensible, moves with pedal and shows 0% at idle, etc. The
chain of events you can check and see where it's going off
track.
