question about tuning strokers

Im in the process of trying to tune a buddies ls2 403 and i had a question. Isnt there something in the tune you need to change to make the cylinder volume for a 403??? I thought there was but couldnt remember. TIA

Displacement. I believe it right in the front in "general" in HPT.
