By rich I meant safe as far a fueling is concerned. Too lean and you set yourself up for detonation. You need a wideband to tell exactly what is going on. You also have no rich smoke except on shifts so it probably isn't too bad. Since you don't have a wideband fat is happy, lean is mean (but also dangerous).

What do mean by skip? And have you been running 93? If that's the case we might need to pull some timing. But again, you need a wideband. It would make things very simple.

Your car is cammed so you do lose a little down low or at least it will seem to in the lower rpm range. Cam's for our cars typically move the power band up. Plus that your on the stock stall converter so it probably makes it fall on it's face a little down low.

The factory tune is alittle rich to start with (I assume your tune is factory).

I would be concerned more about maybe a faulty O2 sensor or something along those lines.

Are you throwing any codes?

When your brother runs a scan, how do the O2 sensors respond?

No its been tuned and it is showing a little compensation on the lts but both banks look about the same on the trims.

no codes. probably needs some adjusting since it was tuned for a 3+k stall

What cam are you running? Did your tuner (or brother) map the VE table after you added the cam? If you take the time to map the VE table the rest of the tune is easy. If you don't, you are just putting a bandaid on the problem.
