you'd probably be better off getting a mail order tune from PCMforless or one of the others. Vincetrifecta in the camaro28.com boards will send you a hand held programmer so you dont have to pull your PCM and send it away.

It really depends on what mods you wish to do in future. If you just want to change something like the speed limiter than an hand held will do the trick.
Many people get the urge for programming/tweaking the PCM. I'm mot sure how much a hand held will set you back, but it may be wise to but something like HP Tuners / EfiLive, it probably dosn't cost much more and you have access to a whole loads of tables in the PCM then.
