hp tuner question

hp tuner question From what i've seen it reads the computer the first time. My car already has a tune using hp tuners not sure if i can get the tune from the person who tuned the car. My question is will it read my reg computer values or all the values in the current tune in the car?

ok so whatever is loaded in my previous hp tuner done by someone else is in the computer so when i purchase hp tuners myself and read the computer it will be reading the values from the tune that is already in place correct?
