Default Please Help !!!misfire

well i got the first problem fixed bad crank sensor pigtail now the car starts but the #1 and #4 cylinders are dead i'm pretty sure it's an electrical problem cuz i get one little spark an initial crank and then lose spark to those 2 cylinders.anybody had that problem.
this is a new motor if that helps.
could it be a bad PCM????

You have to keep as suspects, everything in the
spark chain from plug to PCM. Coil packs & connectors,
plug wires, etc. are all in it. Might try using a "noid light"
or a multimeter to look for coil primary-side activity,
while running it ought to be some moderate-low voltage
(12V averaged down by the dwell angle) and all 8 ought
to read identically. A gross imbalance would point at
the PCM (or coil/harness short/open). Not the secondary
side, your meter will not take that well.
