Question HPtuners newbie with sticking idle

Hello, I'm very new to this whole laptop tuning stuff...I mainly got the program to tweak what's already there, if I could.

My car was HPtuner tuned by a pro and overall there's no complaints as to it's power output or overall driveability.

Today, I noticed that my car's idle was hanging, much like it did a few months ago and BEFORE the "pro" HPtuners tune. I attached my present tune file, as well as a log from my drive home from work today. If anyone notices anything out of the ordinary, please tell me what to do, or where to go with it.

I also noticed on my log that about 1:26 into it on the private road on work property, when I gave it all she had, my injectors were at a high of 117% duty cycle, so I guess some bigger injectors are in my future?

If there's any other needed info, I'll share anything I can.
Thanks in advance.

Someone correct me if I am wrong but having the trims compensate because of the small injectors could cause these issues?

I'll pull up the scan and tune on my laptop and go over it this week. Check the hptuners board and see if 5litereater can go over it.

I posted exact same thread over there as well.

FWIW, The only changes I made to original tune were lowering WOT shift rpm points by 200 rpm's, and slightly lowering fan temp settings. All else is how it's been for the last 4-1/2 months without any idle issues whatsoever.
