I have continuity from pins C1 1 & 40 and C2 1 & 40 and the negative battery terminal.

So, does that mean that I have all of the proper grounds for the PCM?

What specific ground or other type of connection not be made correctly so as not to fire the injectors and the plugs?

I may have found my problem,,, One of the two ground wires on the metal tab broke off the tab, I was not grounded on all three ground wires on the back side of the cyl head. I am going to fix it and post back.

I had that very problem. I bet you fix it and it starts.

You need each of those wires to be grounded. Any one not grounded will stop the computer from working.

You are RIGHT! Man, this engine works! This is by far the biggest cam that I have ever had.

I want to thank everyone who helped me on this matter. You cant believe how relieved I am right now. And I want to apologize for being a dumba$$ for not finding this issue sooner.

Hey, I'm just happy you found it. You went through all of the logical steps, and you asked for help. Glad to hear it's running.

Now if not for the snow, you could start tuning.

Congrats again!
