HELP!!!!!PCM/BAT fuse keeps blowing

I have an 02 firehawk and a 10amp fuse that says PCM/BAT keeps blowing does that mean i have a bad ecu or could it be a bigger problem. All other fuses are good.

maybe maybe not. check for a short to ground. if its ok pcm time.
