EFI Live v2 98 transam pcm free licensing?
Your V2 should have come with a free stream to tune all 97-98LS1 PCMs. If you have your V2 and that stream is not activated, then just email EFILive and they will give you the code to activate it. 
PS: you will need to have your V2 plugged into your laptop to view the current licenses on it in the help menu of the tune tool.
