Mine is set at 900. I'm going to try it at 800. Here's a vid I did a bit ago.

Absolutely rock solid 900 rpm commanding 20* on an MS4 with ALL the upgraded bolt-on trimmings in a daily-driver Manual 6 
Extremely little to no bucking from 1300-1800 rpm's in the first 3 gears ONLY at less than 7% throttle
I've had it at as low as 800 rpm at idle with 0 issues but I worry about all my accessories with my sub, HID'S, and under-drive pulley. Therefore 900 is nice for me

590 216/224/551/551/115 set at 590RPM in gear. reads on HP tuners cold or warm
610RPM in park.
lite choppy sleeper idel.
this is another thing people never concider when they rush out and get a giant cam.
also stock like presure on foot brake at the redlight.
