98ss pulling max knock #'s help!!!

98ss pulling max knock #'s help!!! let me start with 1st problem my car has been smoking alot when i get on it and worse when getting off.{this has been since i put mac's and ory in} So i go to eastside for a dynotune and after kevin checks he see's that i have knock codes of 3.5 to 4 from like 2600 to 6300rpm's so we mess with fine tuning of A/F & he pulls timing as well still keep getting max knock #'s. Then kevin shuts off the knock sensors restores timing to 30 and we run it again and listen for any detenation and it sounds good.We had also found the pcv hose was loose and after we shut off the knock sensors it didn't smoke anywhere near as bad. Has anyone heard off a problem w/ 98's setting knock codes or is it just me. Lastly i would like to thank kevin and guy for trying to tune my car as best as possible and i would recomened them to anyone, thanks!! sorry for the long post
