Having trouble with starting cold temps

Read my sig for specs on my '01 Formula. I can seem to get this motor started when the outside temps are below 60F and even then it doesn't want to idle until the motor warms up. I am not sure what to try next to get it. It's like I need to mess with the "choke" like on a carb. I tried an old tune with the VE higher. It atleast fired, but I had to hold the TP to 16%. I would "idle" at 400rpm, but wouldn't accelerate. Please help.

try

1) play with afterstart enrichment tables
2) adding some timing (via ECT Spark if you have it)
3) cranking VE

Today it was alittle colder and I had to open the throttle to 30-50%. During cranking with the Scanner, I noticed that the timing was at 13degrees, the factory o2 sensors were at the bottom of the voltage, but the wideband is telling me like 11:1. It is still not wanting to accelerate part 400rpm on startup. So I am really confused on which way to go on the recommended tables to help out.

Oh I forgot to mention that I removed the supercharger so that I can redo my N/A before I put the blower back on. I know the blower might have helped to get the airflow up for startups. I keep looking on the HPT tune repository, but everyone with large cams use either the FAST or LS6 intake. I would like to get more advice.

What does your open loop eq ratio table look like?

Have you changed the base running airflow table
since you took off the supercharger?

I checked my open loop. It for some reason was set to 1.0 on everything. I copied the table from an older N/A tune to see if would help, but this tune was done with the LS6 intake and not my Edelbrock.

Have you adjusted the Startup Airfllow Correction and Startup Friction Airflow Correction tables? Both are critical to cold start (especially the Friction table) idle and can be adjusted according to ECT. I had to increase the values on those tables alot for my setup.
