What to Set MAFT at??????

What to Set MAFT at?????? Last time I dynoed, my AFR was 13.1 across the board. They said I was running lean. What should my intial setting be on my MAFT(v4.0). I read on here that it should be 6% at WOT. Is this a good setting? I am very very new to this all. My mods are underneath.

Re: What to Set MAFT at?????? Every car is different. Its hard to say where to set it without having AutoTap to monitor with. You say you were running a 13.1:1 AF ratio... If you want to be safe, just tune your WOT 2% RICHER than it is now, and you should be fine. That should put you at 12.9:1 from my experience. Now, if you didnt have the MAFT when you dynoed last time, I would recommend just setting it to 2% rich at WOT and 0 at Base. Hope this helps.

Re: What to Set MAFT at?????? Well i set it at 5% base and 2%WOT. Im gonna buy AutoTap in 2 weeks with the Bi controls. Im gonna go to the track Friday and play with the WOT settings to see if it helps. What should my AFR be for best performance?
Re: What to Set MAFT at?????? I would have left the base at 0 and added 5% at WOT and tested it at track. I lent a friend my MAF-T, and at the track he kept adding fuel until his performance gain went away. He gained 1mph from adding fuel at wot, and then at one point the car slowed down because it was getting too rich.

Re: What to Set MAFT at?????? K, I'll try that tomorrow and test the WOT at the track. Now lets pray I dont break nuthin like last time!! (aka rearend and tranny on ONE LAUNCH)
