Default PO113 (IAT Circuit High) PLEASE HELP

I have searched and no one has had this problem.

I have 5.04 V on the tan wire and 0 V on the purple wire when the plug is unpluged.

I plug it into the IAT Sensor and both wires then read 5.04 V

What is going on here?..............

Before you say the sensor is bad..... I have 2 IAT Sensors on the car and both are doing the same thing........... I have one on the inlet side on the supercharger (built into the MAF Sensor and another in the metal air box after the supercharger)

Any ideas??
