Same year To same Year PCM swap.
You can either go to a GM dealership and have them do it with a Tech II, or if you have HP Tuners or EFI Live, do it yourself. I have HP Tuners and had to do it today for a 416 L92 I just dropped in. Ran terrible and kept throwing misfire codes untilly I finally did a CASE Relearn. Basically, you just hook up the scanner and rev the motor to 4000 RPM and which point an HP Tuners imposed rev limiter kicks in. That's it.
Also, if the PCM came from an ETC vehicle, such as a corvette, it will not work properly on your f-body, which has a traditional cable driven throttle body.

Well sounds like a lot of work, I dont have any tuning software and its coming from an 01 trans am into my 01 trans am.. So I think I will get mine reflashed instead of swapping it.
