Predator wont communicate?

Predator wont communicate? I'll make this as short as possible. This is my second predator "the first one broke and I sent it to Johan and he replaced it with a new one" But I tried to load it today and it wont even communicate with my computer? And yes I do have the fuses out and the igniton on! Has anybody had this problem? Kind of tired of trying to get this to work. I had my truck programed for 3 weeks and it was GREAT! Then I put bigger tires on my truck and went to modify the perameters and the predator crashed. I really like what it had did but tired of trying. Also does anybody know if you can get the cable for LS1 edit for a 2003 GMC 2500HD?

Re: Predator wont communicate? I have tuned GM 03 trucks with LS1edit so the owners were able to buy LS1edit for that model year and you'd get a much better overall tune using it then those in a box tunes.

Make sure you have the parking brake on and doors closed. Mine does the same thing if my door isn't shut right and, or the parking brake isn't on
per instruction's and per Johan and runnin with the devil you are to pull out the fuses for the stereo amp and on-star system
