Exclamation Help So Confused!!!

OK here is the story. I overrevved my car. Not mechanical hit the red line. I had two bent pushrods that were replaced along with the rest of them. Now my SES light is on. It doesn't flash. I took it for a drive yesterday and it went off. I took it for a drive today and at idle it came back on. HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW!!!

P0300 usually causes a blinking SES light.

You will need to check your plugs and ignition system.

It only seems to come on at low rpm's. When I first overreved the car it was solid. Then i changed the pushrods and it was blinking. I checked all the wires and had to plug one into the fuel rail. Then the light was solid again. Then after driving it for a while it turned off. Then I drove it again today and it was fine until idle and it came on solid again.

I'm taking it to the dealership tomorrow morning. I am sick of screwing with it. At least the most labor intensive part of swapping the pushrods is done. Hopefully the dealership won't charge me an arm and a leg.
