Re: How to reset HPP3? Plug in, and turn ignition on but do not start engine.It willidentify your VIN # and tell you if the power tuning is installed.
The first question it will ask is "do you want to install powertune". Press NO. It will tell you that you have chosen to go back to stock; press YES. Wait for download to be completed.
Wait 10 seconds then turn off ignition and remove plug. Now you are back to stock.
