Default What does TEA use

I recently purchased a head and cam package from TEA. They told me when i was all done to go down (i live a couple hours away) and i could get it tuned there. I dont know much about them so i was wondering if anyone had ever had their cars tuned there, if they use ls1edit, and if they do it the "right" way with edit if so. Im going to trailer the car down there right after i get the package done, im not touching it, so i need them to be able to do everything from drill the throttle body (if needed), etc. I also plan to eliminatate the EGR and AIR systems, and for them to delete the O2 codes so i can get rid of these O2 Sims. What do you guys think... do they know their stuff on tuning.

I don't see why you would need to trailer it there. I ran for a week without tuning, and others have gone a year. As for them doing the tuning, I'm sure they would be able to tune for the parts they sell, but don't know how they do it.

i would guess they have LS1edit, but im not sure. As for drilling the TB you could do that yourself.

They have LS1 Edit. My club had a dyno day not too long ago down there, and they dyno tuned one member's car. They should be able to remove all the codes and such that you need.

BTW, check out my club at www.kyfbodies.org
