weird error codes!

weird error codes! out of the blue sky I am getting weird codes like
0654 engine rpm output ???????
1221
1515
the last one do not exist in any of my scanners?
could anyone decipher them please or maybe pin point to a possible explanation, especially the first one is weird because it causes a reduced power mode
