Bad LC-1?

Bad LC-1? Finally got around to installing my LC-1 last weekend. Worked great for about two days. Now it's locked at 20.9:1 AFR (which is what it read when I did the free-air cal out of the car when I first installed it) in both LogWorks and HPTuner and doesn't budge.
I've tried the the initial cal procedure a couple more times with no effect. All the grounds are on the same lug.
I'm OCONUS on business ATM, so I can't play with it for a few weeks. Is it worth it for me to order a new sensor now so I can swap that out when I get back, or should I just yank the whole thing and send it back? Other suggestions?
