Predator Adjustments I just installed the 7198 predator tune last night.
Of course, I had to mess with it a bit. I adjusted the trans firmness and speed to +15%. It now chirps 2nd gear, kinda of cool. Will this hurt the trans long term?
Also lowered the fan temp on/off to come in at 180 and off at 175 to try and keep it cooler.

Unless you have a 180* stat, those fan settings may be a bit low...

Thanks I have a 160 thermostat in it, so I was hoping to be safe with those settings.
Just out of curiousity, the shift rpm in the tune was set for 6000, is that about 300-500 rpm higher then the peak HP for a stock cammed LS1?
