HELP!!! car wont turn over

HELP!!! car wont turn over I kep adjusting my tb and kept turning the car off and on. The last time I started it up i heard a noise like it kept trying to start. I shut it off and the motor keep trying to go. It kept trying to start itself or something. I hurried and unplugged the battery and it stopped. Now it won't turn over nor will the radio or windows come up. But the headlights will go up and down and the lights will come on. I can't even have anything on the dash come up like my miles or anything. Anybody help??!!

I have a ported tb and was adjusting how open or closed the blade is by adjusting a screw. Anyways after I would adjust a little I would get in the car and see if the blade sticks and if my rpms would stay up or if my pedal would stick any. After the 10th time of adjusting it I turned the car on and it kept trying to start while it was running. So I shut it off and it kept trying to start still. Engine was shaking trying to start. I unplugged the battery for it would stop. The Ignition fuse was blown. Before changing it only the headlights would turn on. After I replaced it everything worked like the radio and windows. Everytime I try to start it it blows that fuse. I changed the starter but no luck. I have no idea what it could be. Did wires melt and touch? I'm clueless.
grounding issues? these always cause some weird things to happen. there is a ground near all the fuse boxes, check it. it is located on the inside of the engine bay straight down from the fuses on the wall. hope that makes sense
