Lean A/F issue stock?

Default Lean A/F issue stock?

Hi, I recently dynoed my 00 z28 6 spd 59k miles with the only mods being the free ones like the egr being cut, airbox cut, k&n air filter, and the maf being descreened. Unfortunatly afr was 14.5:1 throughout the whole rpm range but the dyno guy stopped the run at 5kish because of the lean issue. I did put 93 in it. Car only made a dissapointing 280whp and 296 wtq. I wouldn't think a car with only these mods would be running that lean from the factory. I did notice that whoever oiled the k&n air filter put a little too much oil on it. Any ideas/ anyone that's had this problem?

Most likely a dirty or malfunctioning MAF sensor. Clean the sensor and run it on the dyno again while monitoring airflow values.

1lb/min = approx 10hp so a 300rwhp car should be around 30-31lb/min peak maf airflow with a correspondingly correct a/f ratio.

When you see a 300rwhp car with a maf registering 19lb/min and running 14-1++ a/f ratio the maf sensor is definitely a problem.

How do i see how much the maf registers? do i need scanning software? I'll pull it off and clean it with some maf sensor cleaner. The dyno operator said when he stabbed it to make the 2nd pull the car richened up for a second and then went back to 14.5:1 I'm really hoping there's more power in this motor.
