with the early software you can program unlimited cars.

I would stick with HP tuners or EFI live. Both sponsors here and both have excellent products and support. Good luck!

I haven't heard of it. I would also stick with HP or EFI Live for GM vehicles because they are most likely much further along with their development for GM gen III+ vehicles, and you will find much more support for them online.

Thats a flash programmer, kinda like a TECH II. It is NOT an edit program.
