Quick and dirty way is to scale your injector flow back. What size injectors are in it?
If the injector flow is right, along with the displacement, then recalibrating the MAF table is the way to go.
Maybe post the specs on the set up and the tune. I tune a butt load of LTs.

Why dont you start by posting your tune. Or email it to me @ edcmat-l1@msn.com.

My LT1 won't idle correctly either.. LOL. With the stock air tube in place, the car would turn over and actually run as long as my foot was on the accelerator. The moment i took it off the accelerator and it idled, it IMMEDIATELY died. This is one a fresh rebuild with 0 miles on the motor. The throttle body is a BBK 52mm. The buttlerflys open just fine, but could it be the throttle position sensor went bad?

You either need to crack the throttle open with the idle screw, or drill the throttle blades, or both.

Or you have an injector or regulator problem. Same thing happened on my old LT4, it was an injector.
