The decel popping probably cannot be fixed with a handheld, our software allows total control of over 400 editable parameters for a 99 LS1 Fbody as well as a full functioning scanner, the ability to apply Real Time Tuning custom operating systems that allow you to tune dozens of tables in real time and a huge supported vehicle listing.

If you have any questions about our product or capabilities you can ask here or by email at sales at hptuners.com and we'll be more than happy to assist you.

I'd bet money you still have the AIR system and you have a check valve that is leaking. I had the exact same problem fixed after i removed the AIR sytem.
HP tuners is some very good tuning software i love mine.

EFILive is pretty awesome and will allow you to take full control over your PCM. You can download the demo here. Also be sure to check out the EFILive forum

Typically the popping exhuast on decel is caused by excess fuel lighting off in the exuast pipe. Have you had your PCM tuned before?
