Default restraint error codes causing SES?

HP tuners

SES light on. Are the restraint errors causing causing SES? I looked through the DTC's and can not find anything reagrding restraints.

I had something similar yesterday. Had the 1096 code and a bunch of other loss of communications. Speedo and tach and HUD quit working. Also told me Door Ajar and all kinds of crazy stuff. But the car ran ok.

Replaced the battery and now everything is fine.

Found the clue on this forum that all kinds of weird symptoms can happen when your battery starts to go bad.
