Default Front 02 delete?

if you use a wide band sensor in the place of the front 02, do you have to turn both 02's off?
Do you still have to run a speed density tune to make everything work with the logging??

The wideband will double as a narrowband and a wideband (installs in place of one of the factory sensors). That's the point of doing that. It's a way to permanently mount the wideband. The only way to run the car without front o2s, is if it's tuned in OLSD.

SD has no bearing on this, and if you are OL then the O2s are ignored anyway.

Most of the locals that have tried this end up with imbalanced fueling though, that narrow band emulation NEVER looks anything like what you see off the narrow band that you leave in the other side.

A bung is cheap, so is having it installed. I'd recommend keeping the stock O2s.

If it's tuned OL (MAF or SD).

no no this is just to do the tune with, then install the stock 02 back in the factory bung,

I do tune on other peoples vehicles, so this is just a question when I do tune there vehicles and they don't have an extra bung there.
again thanks for the reply.

Oh in that case, just put them in OL from the get-go and don't forget to reset trims before doing any logging...

Put in a bung. We have a supply and weld them in. on the outside of the pipe. It is quick to put a wideband it that way. We must have done that to 20 car.
