Default maf code (lt1)

hey guys so I'm throwing P0100 for a maf circuit malfunction. I tried a different maf and it didn't go away. I hooked up a scanner and got a reading of .33 from both mafs at all rpms. so I'm thinking I have a wiring problem. What do you guys think?

What's the reason the fuse popped though? Do you have headers? On two different sets of headers, I had the wiring bundle cascading down the passenger side inner fender get roasted and shorted out the fuse. When those wires touched the headers, it would blow the 'Sensors' fuse and the car would go into Open Loop. I sectioned in an extra 4 feet of wiring to route those wires to descend near the battery and go back to the O2 sensors, starter, PCM Ground, Knock Sensor, etc.

i don't know the reason the fuse popped. i will take a look at those wires your talking about. no i don't have headers, maybe they're just touching the manifold? I'll post up when i take a look
