Default New PCM now receiving codes

My old PCM got fried so I had to install a new one. Now I'm receiving P0410, p0412, and P1860 codes.

Could these codes be just because of the new pcm? and if so how can I fix/remove them.

Thanks.

Possibly. The first two are secondary air codes and 1860 is TCC PWM solenoid circuit - electrical. Do you still have AIR/an A4?
